REFUND POLICY
At The Gilded Stem, every arrangement is handcrafted with intention and care. Due to the perishable nature of fresh florals, all sales are final once an arrangement has been delivered.
If you need to cancel or request a refund before your arrangement has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund requests made before dispatch will be honored in full, provided the arrangement has not yet been prepared. Once preparation has begun, a store credit of equal value will be issued in lieu of a cash refund. We are unable to accommodate cancellations or refunds once an arrangement has left our care.
